At Dayspring Christian Academy, we begin with the end in mind. Our focus is not only on what our students are learning, but just as importantly, on who they are becoming.
DCA’s Portrait of a Graduate is woven throughout our curriculum, with daily opportunities for Biblical Worldview and character development in the classroom, athletics, performing arts, and extra-curricular activities. As our students grow in knowledge and wisdom, we desire for their hearts to become more like Christ, demonstrated in how they Learn, Love, and Lead.
We strive to provide our students with rigorous academia that not only promotes learning within our walls but a hunger for learning that stays with our graduates for a lifetime.
“Let a wise person listen and increase learning, and let a discerning person obtain guidance—The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and discipline.” (Proverbs 1:5,7)
First and foremost, we want our graduates to be immersed in the love of God being taught through His example of how to love others.
“He answered, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.” (Luke 10:27)
Through love and education, we pray our graduates will lead their generations and positively affect their communities with the love of God.
“Don’t let anyone despise your youth, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity.” (1 Timothy 4:12)
DCA was founded in 1975 in Northern Colorado with a commitment to providing a premier Christian education that is grounded in biblical principles. We are accredited by both ACSI and Cognia, and we are dedicated to partnering with Christian parents to educate and train students from Pre-K to 12th grade.
